Return Policy – Khas Libaas

At Khas Libaas, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy for all orders.

No Return / No Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products
  • This applies to all orders, including international orders (US, UK, Australia, UAE/Dubai & worldwide)
  • All sales are considered final

Exception – Wrong Item Received

A return or replacement is only accepted if:

  • You receive a completely wrong item (different from what you ordered)

In this case:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof
  • The item must be unused, with original packaging and tags

After verification, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund (if replacement is not available)

Important Notes

  • No return for size issues, color differences, or change of mind
  • Slight variation in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings
  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
